"Raindrops on Roses"

Hi, hope you are all having a relaxing Sunday morning?  Over at the The Cubby Hole this month the theme for inspiration is "Raindrops on Roses".  Entries will be displayed on the Cubby Hole's Creative Team blog and displayed in the shop.

Well Carol asked me to do the inspiration piece this month - I didn't have a lot of time I am afraid so have just done something quick and simple....I took my lead from the Sound of Music song - "Some of the my favourite things".  I will not attempt to sing it - dont worry.  Think of the lyrics and it will stay with you all day heheh.

I have wrapped up my parcel with brown paper which has been stamped and coloured my roses with Promarkers.  Stamps used are Anitas and Crafty Individuals (as usual) and Memories inks including shadow ones; rose and mint.

My raindrops have been added by using Glossy Accents.......hope you can join in the Cubby Hole theme; realising that some of you will be busy preparing for the exhibition - but something simple would be good.

I am also entering this piece into the following challenges:-

My rose stamp is an Anitas stamp and is one of the first stamps I ever purchased circa 5 yrs ago.  It keeps coming out and for 99pence was a bargain.
