As promised I am showing the other two sample boxes I made for my workshop. There is a lot of embossing, including triple embossing.
The chipboard letters and opening here were covered with newspaper, glossy accents (whilst drying I played with the liquid to give indent and troughs) added and then gold metal embossing powder added randomly.

The box is perfect to either store my distress inks or Adirondack inks.
My third box I decorated for buttons. I painted with acrylic paint and then sponged and then added stamped images using Stazon ink and cream tissue paper. My flowers are also made from tissue paper which I lightly coloured with distress inks.
The chipboard letters here have been distressed (sanded), inked and then sank into a still wet mount of UTEE (greyboard which I covered with paper).
I would like to enter the following challenges with my altered boxes........
Both boxes have been altered from plain black boxes
Both boxes have elements of distressing
My button box is for this challenge

Excuse the photo overload and thank you for bearing with me to the end (if you did:) Suzanne ~x~
