Well Danielle celebrated her 18th birthday recently - I think a good time was had by her and all her girlfriends.....don't they all look beautiful. Danielle is in the cream and gold dress (the little one:) in the middle.
Megan, my stepdaughter turned 16 a couple of days later....she is a completely different personality to Danni so her card reflects her personality I hope! Megan likes greys, black and dark blue - so I hope she doesnt mind I have lightened the card with Tumble Glass distress inks lol:)
My background has been inked, stencilled and stamped. The alphabet has been dry embossed and then rubbed over with a charcoal coloured ink pad. The inside of my window frame has been randomly stamp before adding stamped little trinkets.
The flower is punched from copier paper which has been inked and scrunched and layered before securing with a brad and adding Marianne Designs garden branch die cut for foliage.
I would like to enter this 8x8 card into the following challenges:-
Sir Stampalot - "happy birthday"
I would also like to say thank you to the ladies at Stampalot for including me in their top 3 last month - think I omitted to say this at the time - naughty me!
CCEE Stampers - Use an Embossing Folder
Have used the Cuttlebug Alphabet folder which I have swiped over with granite ink...
Fab n Funky Challenges - "Embossing"

I am also hoping this card is "edgy" enough for a 16-year with lots of teenage attitude (though to be honest she's always nice with me).

Lovely photo Suz and I have to say Danielle looks rather like you apart from the hair colour.
Gorgeous card too and love all the textures and the quirky image so I'm sure Megan must have been thrilled with it.
Hope you feel better soon by the way.
Hugs, Fliss xx
Brilliant card for a teen - I'm sure she loved it.
This is fabulous Suzanne, I love all the blues, and that stamp is really cool.
