Debut DT Piece for the Craft Room.

Told you I would be back today....The Craft Room Challenge starts a new theme today and the challenge is that we would like to see your creations based on a "Music" theme - if you pop over to the Craft Room you will see the eclectic inspiration from my fellow DT members!  I'd like to say a big thank you to my fellow DT members as they have made me feel very welcome ... I didn't feel like the "new girl" very long!

There are some great sponsors lined up for the challenges and this month is no exception.

My piece is a shaped easel card in a vintage style.  I have used Marianne design songbook papers - which were perfect for the challenge.  The little girl playing the piano is an image from the paper pad which I have ...wait for it ...triple embossed.

My embossed panels are gold mirri card which has been distressed with a mixture of black and brown Stazon. The flowers have been punched, distressed and scrunched before adding gold stickle glitter.

The "mother" is a Kaisercraft stamp and the sentiment is from TJ Designs

I hope you think I have done the theme justice and that you join in the fun over at the Craft Room over the next fortnight.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:-

Let's Ink It Up - "Distressing"

Bunny Zoe Crafts - "Shabby Chic/Vintage"

Ooh-la-la Creations Challenge - "Vintage"

I am away at the moment but I promise to visit all your blogs when I am back!  Suzanne ~x~
