"Ink It Up" at the Craft Room

This fortnight sees a new challenge at the Craft Room.  It's been great visting your blogs and seeing the music inspired pieces.  I do not envy Hazel's task of selecting her top 3.

We have the honour of being sponsored by Rogue Redhead Designs who produce the most eclectic rubber stamps and is offering a voucher to spend in their store to the winner of the challenge.  In honour of this the challenge this fortnight set by Design Team Friend, Nikki is"to ink it up" - join in the fun with us at the Craft Room

My card is 8x8 in size and everything on my card has been inked and stamped (even the doily).I am fortunate to have a couple of Rogue Redhead plates and decided to use the beautiful "Milliner Misses" stamps.  I have used distress inks; Worn Lipstick, Peeled Paint and Walnut Stain.

My layers have both been resist embossed (using Debbie Moore stamps and white ep) and embossed through the cuttlebug using the swiss dots folders.

My chipboard circular frame has also been stamped and embossed.  Paper roses and lace added.  The Milliner Misses have been coloured with a mixture of promarkers and pencils.

I very much hope you will be playing along with us at the Craft Room - my fellow DT friends have really inked this challenge.

I am entering my card into the following challenges:-

My lady is framed in an stamped and embossed chipboard circle

Spring is all about pastel hues isnt it?

Diagonal line; pastels, lace and dots

Wishes to all, Suzanne ~x~
