MMM - "Red Ribbon"

Make My Monday's seasonal month continues and this week Jacqueline would like to see some:-

"Red Ribbon"
On your seasonal projects

Everyone certainly excelled at last week's glitter challenge - it was certainly a challenge to help the rest of the MMM DT select the top 3.

This week's card for the DT is certainly a mix of techniques; stamping and heat embossing, dry embossing and alcohol inks and decoupage.  I just hope that you all feel there is ample red ribbon - I did want to add a flamboyant bow but I am absolutely useless at bows (even with a bow maker lol).....

My fellow DT have done a much better job...take a look HERE!  After this week there is only one more week of the 2011 challenges so I hope you can join in ... though it is a very busy time of year for us all!

I am entering my card into the following challenges:-

Certainly a good number of techniques on this lovely card - very traditional. If you had put a flamboyant bow it would be difficult to post.

I recognise that holly :)

Superb card, and you're not alone with the bow tying problem ;)

A lovely card - I think your red bow would have been too over the top for this - beautiful as it is.

A gorgeous card Suz and really love all the textures on there. The image is very sweet too.
I also am not that good at tying ribbon so the only tip I can give is to try some with wire edging so you can adjust how it looks when you've tied the bow.
Hugs, Fliss xx
