I have used packaging from Amazon (I think) - I have used the corrugated side (lightly gessoed) as a mount. The Stampotique bee and shrooms were stamped onto the smooth side of the packaging and then cut out. My acetate is from a perfume box, the sleeve - and is perfect as it is coloured with gold dots. I stamped the bee and shrooms again and then stuck onto the cardboard images.
My buttons are from an old blouse which I am ashamed to say no longer fits me (: The birthday greeting has been stamped on a clothes tag which I have re-sized, sanded and then covered with more of the perfume box acetate.
