Stamp your own Background

The Craft Room's new challenge this fortnight was kindly set by Nikki, who has recently stepped down from our DT.  In her honour we are still going with her fabulous theme which is:-

"Stamp your own Background"

We have this fortnight an amazing sponsor, The Stamp Man.
The whole of the DT this fortnight select the Top 3.  Random Org thank goodness takes care of the prize winner.

Hazel will be back with us next week with her winner and top 3 from her postcard challenge.

My contribution consists of nothing but ink and stamped images.  I have deliberately refrained from using any other embellishments so as not to cover any of the background.

The background is card coloured using Tea Dye distress ink.  In total I have used five different stamps on the background; Elusive Images (now Chocolate Baroque), PaperArtsy, Tim Holtz, Indigo Blu and an unknown one ("postcard")

I have used a selection of Airdonack Inks and distress inks to stamp.

The focal image is Elizabeth Bennett from Indigo Blu - I looveee her so much!!!!!!

Thanks for popping by ...hope you can play along!

Beautiful image and a great background - I can see it would be a shame to cover it up!

Such a beautiful card Suzanne and you are so right not to cover it with embellishments they are not necessary. XOXO Zoe

Hi Suzanne, a wonderful card, and i am loving all on it, inks an stamps.
It was a good idea not to use other embelishments as we can see how you managed your background!
