Hi - I was delighted when Jacqueline asked me to be Guest DT for the month of November for Make My Monday. The theme and the challenges were originally my choice and the ladies decided to stick with them when I stepped down ....I have missed crafting with the ladies as they are such a fab and laid back DT....anyway back to the business in hand. I selected:-
A U T U M N S U P P L I E S
as the month's brief
and this week the challenge is to make a project in an autumnal style using:-
KRAFT CARD and STRING (TWINE)
My card is 8x8 in size and I have used a ribbed kraft card which I love. The tree is a Paperartsy stamp and I have embossed this on the kraft card which gives it a "hit and miss" effect which I like.
The other panels have been embossed through the Cuttlebug and then randomly swiped over with Versamark before being embossed with gold. Twine/string and buttons have been added to these panels.
My rosette has been cut in kraft card and embossed slightly before a favourite button of mine was added.
Quite a simple and symmetrical card for me I think but I do quite like.

I think that color combination is very important when it comes to designing something. You need to be very much focused on your targeting audience like if your product is more related to ladies then it's color combination should like you did in this blog. It really sound nice to me to see.
