Going Far East with the Craft Room

Hi there......I'm back again with my next DT contribution for the Craft Room and today sees the challenge by our highly thought of leader, ZOE.

"ORIENTAL"

We are lucky enough to be sponsored this fortnight by Tanda Stamps

Well I struggled with this challenge brief as Oriental is just not my favourite theme to work with ....but hey isnt that what a challenge is suppose to be ....challenging!

Thinking in advance whilst on holiday in August I snaffled the two Inkandinkadoo stamps I have used when making my triptych (and a good price they were in a bargain basket).

Using lots of gold embossing powder and some very old paper from a back of a door I completed my triptych.  My figure panels were embossed with black embossing powder and gold acrylic paint completed the edges.  The gold ribbon was stamped with "chinese" text and a chinese coin added for good luck!
I would like to enter the following with my Oriental triyptch into the challenge:-

One Stop Craft - "Heat Embossing"

My Craft Spot - "Embossing"

My DT buddies over at the Craft Room have as usual surpassed themselves so I hope you can play along with us....
