Primary Colours

Hi, the lovely Mynette is hosting July's challenges over at Make My Monday and we have lots of colour challenges for you based upon the colour week.  Mynette has kicked the month off with:-

The full explanation can be found on the MMM blog along with my fellow design team's inspiration.
We in the Brookfield house have a few family issues at present and I personally have been doing interviews for our town's next parliamentary candidate and finishing off a commission - so my cards are very last minute.

My background is chalk and the circles have been stamped using two different size bottle tops using distress inks.  As it was so late when I finished my card the colours have not come through true but I can assure you they are bright red, blue and yellow.  Stamps used are previously un-inked PaperArtsy stamps.

We also are lucky enough this month to be sponsored by:

I hope to use one of their digi stamps this month - as they are lovely.  This will be a new experience for me.

I have also done a CAS (for me) card using Autumn Leave "Doodle Bloom" stamps.  Stamping has been done using Whispers marker pens.

Thanks for stopping by!  Suzanne ~x~

Even if it was a rush you've produced two great cards - I especially like the first one with the interesting background and of course some great Paper Artsy stamps.

You sound really busy Suzanne but you've come up with two gorgeous cards! I like the fantasy feel of the first but the second is my favourite - I like the strong graphic design. Vicky x

Lovely cards here Suzanne. Don't know how you're managing to produce such amazing work in the face of so many challenges. Hope it eases off soon. Hugs, Buttons x

These are both so different yet equally gorgeous Suz.
Great to see you trying clean and simple too as I know how hard it is when it's not in your nature!

Two fabulous cards even if you have been busy! I'm hard-pushed to choose a favourite - love the dreamy feel to the first and the bold design of the second. Thanks for stopping by my blog :)
