Altered Tin

Well my inclination to craft has been well and truly missing for a few weeks (it's a good job I work in advance of myself in respect of my DT obligations) and what with the Cubby Hole exhibition looming and our son wanting a display of his daughter's name in her nursery  I thought I would have to get myself crafting again so  for an hour or so this afternnon I have just had a play!
Yesterday I tidied my drawers at work and found this tin from a stationery supplier, I thought it may make a "calling" or "business" card holder (it did house a very cheap needlework set).
I have coloured the tin with a number of alcohol inks and decorated in a shabby chic/vintage style and made three romantic "calling" cards.  I have used an old book to decorate my tin and cards.

Please excuse the photos - I have taken them outside but it was raining - if you look closely you can see the raindrops lol:)

I would like to enter the following challenges with my altered tin and "calling" cards:-

I have been looking at these challenges wanting to join in so am pleased to join in with their 3rd challenge and hope what I have done is suitable.  The standard is amazing over there!

Thank You.  Suzanne ~x~
