Hello everyone, time for a new theme challenge over at the Gingersnaps Creations Blog. This month is all about Steampunk, machinery etc. For my DT piece for this particular challenge "on the road" I made a simple notebook.
I have used a number of distress inks but primarily Peeled Paint and Tumble Glass. The stamps used are all PaperArtsy stamps. The cogs were embossed through the Cuttlebug.
I have bound the notebook with coffee stirrers (you know the ones found in motorway service stations or certain high street coffee shops), which have been spritzed with spray inks and then "cropodiled" with eyelets.
I hope you like my take on the theme - the sentiment is one that I go back to time and time ago, its just strikes a chord. Check out my fellow design team pieces- they are so varied! Thanks for stopping by. Suzanne ~x~

Each page in the notebook was spritzed lightly with Sticky Fingers inks and then stamped. I used a slightly
ribbed paper for texture.
