Am a little disappointed in my page for Kate Crane's 365 Calendar Challenge....let me tell you the story. I did a wonderful background in my journal, different shades of pink with white, paint, wax crayons, and ink etc etc ...you get the idea and then I found out I had done it upside down in my book....I KNOW ....should have just left it but with me being a little ...oh you know what I could not so it is now glued up .....
This is my second attempt and I am not as pleased with it and I am not blaming my home scanner either ..... but hey ho I said to myself I would complete the challenge and I will!

Terrific calendar pages, but not sure why you worried about it being upside down, just makes for added interest when you open it. Have a great weekend. Annette x
I seldom leave comments on blog, but I have been to this post which was recommended by my friend, lots of valuable details, thanks again.
I can empathize with you doing your page upside down. I was doing a challenge from Tim Holtz Compendium of Curiosities book and did the technique from the wrong page. What a "DUH" moment!!!!
These calendar pages are a neat project and the mood of your February page is so light and uplifting...just what we need in winter! Love the pinks!

Ah, I think this page looks great. Love the way you have created a border around the edge :-) It's a shame you felt you had to re-do the page - I would have left it upside down LOL! Thanks for joining the challenge x
Well I agree you have to do whats best for you and you may not be as happy with it but at least you now know what not to do because you don't like it
