Three Muses 69 "Art Envelope" & WOYWW

Good morning ..... This is my piece is for the Three Muses Challenge, who this week due to its increasing popularity in the papercrafting/art world have asked we make an "art envelope".  I really enjoyed doing this.  For some reason I seem to get more enjoyment out of random things i.e. have no function (though I suppose I could use this envelope mmmm?) rather than for example my mum saying Suzanne please make me a card for so and so ....?

I used distress inks, various stamps and images from the gorgeous Crafty Individual books....

....another week has just flown by again hasn't it?  It doesnt not seem like 5 minutes since Julia's last What's on your Workdesk Wednesday? - it is where all the nosey parkers like me gather to gander at others desk - GREAT FUN.

Well my work area is still relatively tidy so I will show you the bunch of goodies I had delivered last week - a prize for taking part in a survey.  The sad thing is that I cannot remember the survey so it must have been a while ago.  Prize included stamps, papers, gems, a guillotinie and a smashing Tote Bag.  Hope to have chance to pop in lots more blogs this week.....the popularity of WOYWW is huge.

That envelope is gorgeous. It looks like you put a LOT of time into it.

You know you have been too many places in blogland when you can't remember a survey you filled out that would give away THOSE prizes as incentive.

Happy WOYWW from # 2.

Wow! Your envelope, front and back, is sensational - so beautiful, with gorgeous colours and a very creative design. Thanks for your kind comment on my sample piece. If you look a little closer you will see that the "addresses" included thereon are bogus!! I agree that it isn't advisable to include real addresses in the blog. Thanks so much for taking part. I am thrilled to bits to see all the different takes on this week's theme.

Hi Sorry this is a quick cut & paste but not too well and wanting to let as many as possible know I have visited. I am going to read all blogs on my blackberry when I have a lie down but can't comment very well & can't sit for too long at laptop to type - sorry seems little impersonal Candace (#43) x
