It will be a few weeks before I show any more ravens you may be pleased to know. It's just that as this work is someone' else book and will soon be streaming it's way home across the "pond" I like to keep a record of what I have done (the memory is not what it use to be) and where better than here on my blog.
The third image is a page where I inked just plain copier cheap paper, screwed it up a lot and then inked over with Distress Ink Walnut Stain....think it is quite effective though a little vivid! You could use more subtle inks/colours for a toned down effect. Cheap effective way to make a background paper.

you can do as many ravens as you like -- these are stunning. i say keep 'em coming.
Ravens can never be overdone. I Love them all and gets me in the mood to do Halloween!
